AIyoda - Child Safety Standards
AIyoda is committed to providing a safe and secure online environment for children. We take the safety of children very seriously and have implemented the following measures to protect them:
1. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
- We do not allow content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- We have reporting mechanisms in place for users to report any content or behavior that they believe violates our child safety standards.
- We work with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute any individuals who attempt to exploit children through our services.
2. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM. Any content that depicts child sexual abuse will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- We use technology and human review to proactively identify and remove CSAM from our services.
3. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Protecting Children from Internet Pornographers Act of 2011.
- We regularly review and update our policies and procedures to ensure that we are meeting the latest child safety standards.
4. Reporting Concerns
